SHIPPING & RETURNS

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Here at BLB we have a no-hassle return policy. We will take back your purchase, no questions asked, within 30 days of your purchase date.

In order to be eligible for a refund(excluding shipping costs) your item(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging. 

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued. 

We offer free shipping on any order over $100 (excluding expedited shipping). Shipments are expected to arrive 3-5 business days from shipping date. Shipments are fulfilled Monday thru Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Standard Time) excluding major holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

For a full refund of the product purchase price, your order must be received within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non refundable. We will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake of Better Living Botanicals (ex. you received a broken or wrong item). If you have a purchase of more than 1 item, only 1 item of each type is allowed to be opened.
 

Under no circumstances will a refund be processed without proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) included. All returns must be returned to Better Living Botanicals customer service address provided via email confirmation with requested RMA number.

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – most cases will be quicker, however due to return shipping time (3-9 business days), return processing (4-7 business days), and refund requests to the bank (4-9 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.

No returns can be accepted for refund without RMA.

Our shipping department is working hard to make sure your Better Living Botanicals purchase gets to your doorstep exactly how you ordered. Your shipping cost is calculated based on the price and weight of your total checkout.

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order. Your charges are dependent on the method you select based on the above information. Standard shipping typically takes 5 – 7 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. In some cases, shipping may get delayed.  International Orders may incur delay due to customs duty fees and transit, expected arrival is up to 4 weeks from purchase.

We provide you with an email confirmation and tracking number to follow your shipment for continual updates for orders in the United States.
